This was the sweetest first birthday session with a lovely family in studio. Because it’s been so incredibly hot outside, this family chose to do a family & first birthday session in studio! As someone who isn’t a fan of getting overheated, that was totally okay with me. Mr. L was the most darling, relaxed little guy for this session. Every baby handles meeting a stranger a little differently, but L was clearly having a great day, and I just love how much personality he was showing off! As much as I love building multi layered themed sets, there’s also something special about a basic backdrop that focuses on the family and little one! It was great to hang out with this beautiful family for a while, and I hope you enjoy some of my favorite images below.
